During my thirty years in the trade and retail home improvement sector,
there has been a massive issue around stock.

Let's say, for example, Whirlpool sells an oven which has a green clock on it. 

Then, they change the design to change the colour of the clock to red.

Due to warranties, product recalls and other legalities, they need to assign
the new oven a new product code.

Salespeople are then told they need to sell from the new product code, and
not the old one.

This means that every oven being sold going forward has a red clock.

But what of the ovens with a green clock ? They get left on the shelf in
perfectly good working order, but nobody are selling them.

There are millions of pounds worth of stock in UK warehouses which are
perfectly saleable, but nobody is selling them.

Due to my extensive network, I have secured some fantastic deals with
suppliers to clear their excess and discontinued stock from their shelves.

Sell Off Stock started off with a handwritten list of stock and me on the
telephone.

It has now grown massively and this website has been created.

Not only  am I now dealing with surplus stock, but I am helping
companies clear stock from cancelled contracts, returned orders and much more.

I also have a massive list of stock from suppliers who don't want their
stock publicly advertised, but still need to clear their shelves.
